Yesterday went to Kalypso for the first time. We chose this Greek restaurant based on the many positive reviews on the internet. Unfortunately, it was totally disappointing. The service wasn't exactly courteous! You were served with drinks and food and then treated like air, true to the motto eat and leave quickly. While other guests were always looked after. Now to the meal there was a mixed grill plate for 2 people with 1 spoon of gyros 2 minced meat rolls 2 mini lamb kottlets pair of calamari and 2 scampi with 1 small bowl of tzatzik. There was also a spoon of Greek rice and a spoon of Greek noodles, a salad plate and 1 plate of fries. The food was unfortunately very disappointing overall it was very small portions (which wasn't even the worst) the food was lukewarm chewy dry the calamari were dry (not homemade) and the minced meat rolls extremely dry! The food was barely seasoned ... and there wasn't even an olive in the salad or on the grill plate .... She also missed sheep's cheese ... In the end, they didn't even offer a Uzo .... Conclusion, a very disappointing visit Never again .... In my opinion this Greek restaurant is not recommended and neither will I!

My husband has already written everything aptly. However, I would like to add that even as a vegetarian you have enough choice of dishes. Really good restaurant, familiar and hospitable. We always feel comfortable and welcome and enjoy the very good cuisine at Kalypso. I can't confirm negative reviews regarding the friendliness of the host, on the contrary. We'll be back for sure, so keep it up and see you soon :-)

I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! Very good Greek cuisine run by a Greek family. A spacious, nice garden. Efficient, friendly service, including the owner welcoming guests. Prices are ok. Large portions even for gourmands. Top!!!

Delicious! But if you like most Greek restaurants with unimaginative meat heaps, you will be spoiled here with Mediterranean delicacies and the warmest Greek charm! And I know what I'm talking about - I'm very much familiar with Greece through my family. Whether starters or main course - everything is fresh and rich in good taste. I always liked to come here and will gladly return at any time. I can recommend a visit to every good heart.

Nice and friendly atmosphere. Food is good.

Nice evening at the Greek. Very nice host! Food was very good, only the fries were a bit too salty. Everything went pretty quickly. What we also liked was that with the different plates something tzatziki there which is often not there with others. We'll be back!
